Moustapha Baidi Oumarou is a Cameroonian artist born in 1997.

Is it the confluence of variations geographical areas that influence his work, one desert and dry, the other forest and wet?
Still, the precocity of this self-taught artist has already given him a well-established reputation on the continent and internationally.
3rd prize for visual arts at the Yawalta Maroua Festival, Cameroon fine arts of the University of Maroua Institute of Artistic Training of Mbalmayo and participates in a short residency at In and Off Art Center of the plastic artist Hako HANSON, also Cameroonian.

Throughout the exhibitions, Baidi Oumarou affirms his « humanism » through his paintings. The artist scrutinizes the being human, man and woman, with an attentive eye with deceptively simple expressionist techniques.
